We offer a large variety of leagues that accommodate a wide range of curlers. So, whether you’re a recreational player or someone competitive; if you’re 6, 106 or somewhere in-between, the Perth Curling Club is sure to have a league suitable for you.

Monday Morning - Men's League
Monday Morning: is a recreational curling league that encourages the inclusion of all levels of experience in the sport while promoting social fellowship, skill improvement and fun.
Games are 8 ends in length
Open to all levels of curlers, players join as individuals and teams are created every 5 weeks
If sufficient numbers games are 8:30 and 10:30. If not games will be played at 10:00 AM

Monday Evening: A fixed open league which is a competitive league. It includes 8 ends of curling, as well as league play downs at the end of the season to crown the league champion.
Most participants join as a member of a team. However, curlers can join as individuals and the club will attempt to place them on teams
We limit entries to 12 teams.
Draw times are 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM

Tuesday Stick : is a recreational curling league that encourages the inclusion of all levels of experience in the sport while promoting social fellowship, skill improvement and fun.

Tuesday Afternoon Triples
Triples Curling is an exciting new discipline that has been developed by Curling Canada. As its name suggests, curlers compete in teams of 3 when playing Triples.
Each end consists of 6 shots per team, with each player throwing 2 shots per end.

Tuesday Night Skips Choice-Fixed League

Wednesday Evening - Mixed Rotating
Wednesday - Wednesday night curling is a lower intermedate open league. It is a great way to challenge yourself and continue to have fun!
Games are 8 ends.
Players join as individuals and new teams are drawn every 5 weeks.

Second Draw (game): 8:30 pm with sufficient numbers
Thursday Daytime Fixed Team
Thursday Day: A fixed open team league that is competitive in nature. Open to all curlers

Thursday: Thursday night curling is a semi-competitive open league. It is a great way to challenge yourself and continue to have fun!
Teams are rotated every five or six weeks so that players get an opportunity to meet, play and socialize with new people each rotation.

Friday Night-Development League
Development LeagueLeague: Open to any curler with under 3 years of curling experience.
Games will be played Friday and start at 6:00
It is low competition & high fun. 8 ends of curling being played, rotating positions and coaching on ice, the prime objective is to have fun, meet people and socialize while learning about the game while playing.
Players join as individuals and new teams are drawn every 5 weeks.

Saturday Mixed Doubles
No previous Doubles experience is necessary.
Why play Doubles? It is a fast paced, six end game and in each end only five rocks are thrown per team.
There are some rule differences from traditional four person curling:

Games are scheduled on Saturday afternoon at either 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM
Doubles game should take about 75 minutes so everyone can make it upstairs.

Perth Brewery 6 Pack League: This league is for anyone who wants to experience the social side of curling.
It is open to all curlers of all skill levels.
Games are 6 ends in length
Players join as individuals/couples and new teams are drawn every Saturday from those that joined.

Little Rock (7-12 Years of Age)

Under 15 (U-15) (13 to 15 Years of Age)
U-15 is for teens who are 13-15 years of age. Games are scheduled 10:30 and 12:30 on Sundays and 3:30 and 5:00 pm on Wednesdays.

Players in this league are eligible to play in Adult Leagues, based on their coach's recommendation and league availability. Membership must be upgraded to the U-21 rate in order to do so.
A parental or guardian signature will be required for authorization of participation, acknowldgement of the requirements, and permission for the players picture to be used is social media.
Parents and/or guardians can also volunteer, so please indicate your desire to volunteer in the registration process.
Under-21 (U21) (19-21 Year of Age)
League plays on Sundays at 10:30 and 12:30 and Wednesdays at 3:30 and 5:00 pm.
Players in this league are eligible to play in Adult Leagues, based on their coach's recommendation and league availability.

Learn to Curl Friday Night
Here's your chance to learn to curl in a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
Once again we will be offering this popular 5-week "Learn to Curl" Program on Friday evenings, followed by 7 weeks of recreational league play during the regular league curling days and times.
The purpose of the program is to allow new and novice curlers to learn the fundamentals of curling while having lots of fun and socializing. Our instructors will teach you the slide delivery or the stick delivery. You will learn proper sweeping techniques, rules, basic strategy and curling etiquette. The program is based on a curriculum developed by Curling Canada and is open to everyone aged 18 and up.
So, in summary...the Learn to Curl program will be offered starting in October for a total of 5 weeks of instruction followed by 7 weeks of play. We will provide you with the some of the equipment for the lessons. Contact: Learntocurl@perthcurling.ca John Collins is the coordinator
